Performance Tinguely Maneuver 2.0 by Nino Baumgartner as part of «Finally Saturday», the art happening during Art Basel at Theaterplatz.

From 9.30 pm. to 10 pm, the performance by Nino Baumgartner will take place in the Fassnachts Fountain. The Tinguely Maneuver 2.0 by Nino Baumgartner is a further development of a performance from 2015. The otherwise hidden sound world of the moving Tinguely sculptures will be transferred to the theatre square. The result is a choreography between machine, body and sound.

«Finally Saturday» is the name of the party happening organised by Art Basel Parcours, Kunsthalle Basel, Kunstmuseum Basel, Museum Tinguely, Theater Basel, Verein Theaterplatz-Quartier and Bebbi Zine Kunstmagazin. The brilliant closing party of the Art Week offers art actions in the Mobile Forest, in the Carnival Fountain, in the Serra sculpture, on the theatre façade and on the roof, as well as DJs and surprise performances in the foyer. From 7pm to 4am, open to all and free of charge.
