Five musicians who have the courage for simplicity and are masters of understatement.

The duo Matthieu Michel (flugelhorn) and Jean-Christophe Cholet (piano), already known to the bird's eye, is enriched this time by the lyrical accordionist Didier Ithursarry and complemented by the sensitive bassist Heiri Känzig and Ramon Lopez' subtle hand on the drums.
The atmospheric density, which was already impressive with the duo, is further enhanced by the three musical personalities. They give subtle impulses without changing the essence and aesthetics. All five musicians consciously hold back their enormous virtuosity and radiance, creating a vibrant calm. Without ever giving the impression of emptiness, they fill the entire room with just a few notes.
