Alex Silber Archiv presents
The Bible

Film presentation in the phone booth - 1 May 2024 – 10 November 2024

The Alex Silber Archive presents a digital version of THE BIBLE by Bernhard Einstein, the shortest blockbuster movie ever made. The animated film reveals a self-encounter. Its leitmotiv and statement parody the film version of the Bible by renowned director John Huston. Short and sweet – the lead roles are played by content and lavishness. For the silent film’s première in 1965, a record of Maurice Jarre’s «Lawrence of Arabia» was played as the soundtrack. Everything else is based on fiction.
